The magnificent 6 bedroom villa with a breathtaking view of the lake Como and the surrounding imposing mountains has a museum preserving the antique furniture and objects that remain from the original owners in its central construction, during your stay you can arrange a private tour of the museum and admire with your own eyes the room and bed where Napoleon slept.
A beautiful Italian style garden surrounds the property.
The two lateral wings have been renovated to comprise six luxury, mini suites.The six bedrooms are as follows: three bedrooms with king size bed, a private studio and bathroom each, one bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom and two bedrooms with two beds studio and bathroom each. The other common areas are one large living room, one dining room – with a 18 seats table, one TV room, one studio (telephone, telefax, PC with printer, Internet connection - ADSL flat), one bathroom, two rooms with bathroom for waiters one large and very modern kitchen.
The guests also have a large Italian garden with a view on the lake, while on the left side there is a wild wood. In the back yard there is a swimming pool (13 metres x 7 metres) furnished by deck-chairs, large sunshade, gazebo, dressing room with kitchenette and bath with shower. Each bedroom has: telephone with a direct line to the waiters and the custodians, safe-box.
Moorage available (one boat) at a private dock in front of the villa. Usually, during the renting period, the house does not need to be warmed up, but if necessary the Villa can be warmed up.
Bathrooms and swimming pool towels changed daily, Bed linen changed twice a week, House keeper, Custodian, Cook-Maid-Waitress service 8 hours a day for 7 days a week.
